The caveau – 36 places
This superb cellar tastefully renovated in 2022, cozy and comfortable, is the perfect place for assemblies and professional meetings followed by a tasting of our various wines. In small groups or in larger groups, these places can be made available free of charge for your sessions.
The oenothèque – 20 places
Created in 2022 in the old premises which was first the press, then the store, the oenothèque allows you to taste our different wines during our opening hours. With friends or family, come find us and have a pleasant time in a friendly atmosphere.
The carnotzet – 16 places
The carnotzet, an essential place in any self-respecting Vaudois house, is at the heart of the house. In these meter-thick stone walls dating from the 1780s, furniture created from old barrels and the decor of the traditional “Fête des Vignerons” house the estate’s reserve of old vintages.
All these premises are in the same building, next to each other and can be used separately.
Our welcome
All the winegrower hospitality of the Jomini family is at your service for unique tasting experiences, whether during business outings, excursions with friends or family. We also organize traditional meals: “bread-gruyère-sausage Vaudois” or “butter flutes”.

Our packages
Our packages include the tasting of our wines, accompanied by detailed explanations on winemaking traditions, oenology and a visit to our cellar. The minimum number of people required is 8.
Take advantage of our tasting package which includes a souvenir bottle of our Mur Blanc to take home for each participant:
- 3 wines + 1 “souvenir” bottle: CHF 39.– per person
- 4 wines + 1 “souvenir” bottle: CHF 43.– per person
- 5 wines + 1 “souvenir” bottle: CHF 46.– per person
- 6 wines + 1 “souvenir” bottle: CHF 49.– per person
IMPORTANT: We do not make our reception areas available for birthdays or various celebrations. These places are intended for tasting only and we are always present to introduce you to the various wines from our estate. We do not offer meals or catering but just feasts. Open by prior reservation.

The capite (8 to 60 places)
The place
We welcome you to our cellar or on the terrace of our charming capite in the heart of the Lavaux vineyards!
La capite, a small traditional vineyard shed in Lavaux, is located a few hundred meters from our cellar on the Mur Blanc plot, the spearhead of the estate.
A magnificent shaded terrace that can accommodate 60 people seated makes it possible to organize special events such as aperitifs for companies or group outings in Lavaux. We offer tastings with appetizers during the day and in good weather only.

Our packages include the installation of shade sails, tables and benches, preparation and tidying of the premises.
- Group of 8 to 12 people standing: CHF 40.- + chosen tasting package
