Being a member of “mes 3 ceps à Lavaux” means :
- Own three vines in St-Saphorin-Lavaux with a screen-printed plaque in your name.
- Withdraw from the cellar each year the production of your vines, i.e. three bottles of Mur Blanc Grand Cru / Jomini Barrique embellished with a back label in your name.
- Receive a certificate of ownership in your name.
- A 4-year contract to discover the various aspects of winegrowing over the course of the seasons.
- An invitation once a year to tastings at the cellar (10-12 wines) and vineyard visits with commentary by the Jomini family. RESERVATION REQUIRED (maximum 4 people per owner).

Following your registration, we will send you the certificate of ownership in the name of the beneficiary(ies) accompanied by the invoice with payment slip payable within 10 days to the address of the contact person above.
You will have the opportunity to dedicate the certificate before hand-delivering it to the beneficiary(ies) who will be personally invited by mail during the 4 years of the contract period.
Each year, at the beginning of April, owners will receive an invitation card indicating the various dates of our “Discovery Days”.
We recommend choosing a date and reserving it quickly on our website using the QR code received on the invitation card (these days fill up very quickly). If you have a problem, you can contact us by phone or email.
The name plate in front of the vines is made by a professional. It will be placed in front of the vines in the spring of the first year and will remain for the 4-year duration of the contract.
