Spread over the prestigious St-Saphorin-Lavaux, Dézaley and Côtes de l’Orbe appellations, our family estate has 5.2 hectares of vines cultivated under Integrated Production with high biological diversity. 14 grape varieties share the different terroirs to produce 12 wines, combining tradition and innovation through vinification in traditional vats, oak barrels, terracotta amphorae and Wine Globes (large glass containers)…

After a full and rewarding life, Pierre-Luc Leyvraz has entrusted the future of his estate to the Jomini family, winegrowers and winemakers like himself. Benjamin and Guillaume, with a solid background in viticulture and oenology, are taking over with passion.
Since January 1, 2024, a wonderful collaboration has brought together the dynamism and ambition of the Jomini family with the wisdom and experience of Pierre-Luc, who is passing on his knowledge… and perhaps even the recipe for the magic potion. But shh, it’s a secret!
