Jomini Bulles

This sweet sparkling wine made from muscatel grapes is pressed in closed tanks. To grow, the vine absorbs carbon from the atmosphere and stores it, particularly in the sugar in the grapes. During fermentation, the sugar, which turns into alcohol, releases some of this carbon in the form of gases. If it is prevented from escaping, it remains trapped in the bottle and explodes the aromas of this very beautiful wine with exotic lychee flavours when the bottle is opened…
