The general terms and conditions of sale apply exclusively to orders and deliveries made through the online shop on our website: www.jomini-vins.ch

The general terms and conditions of sale are an integral part of every contract concluded between our company and our customers.

The sale of wine is strictly prohibited to minors. By placing an order, you certify that you are over 18 years old.

2. Data Protection

The personal data you provide to us is stored exclusively in our database. This data will be used in the context of fulfilling your order and for organizing potential promotions. Addresses will not be disclosed or shared with third parties. The personal data of buyers will only be used within the framework defined by federal data protection laws.

3. Pricing

The applicable prices are those listed on the website www.jomini-vins.ch. They are net prices, in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for your order can be made using the following methods:

  •  by credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • by debit card (Postcard)
  • via Twint
  •  by invoice with a payment term of 30 days

For payment by invoice, Constant Jomini Sàrl reserves the right to check a customer’s creditworthiness and, in certain cases, to request partial or full payment before delivery. By placing an order, the customer agrees to such a credit check. The goods remain the property of Constant Jomini Sàrl until they are fully paid for. Reminder fees, as well as costs necessary for collecting invoices through collection agencies or legal proceedings, are reserved.

5. Delivery Terms

Any order placed on www.jomini-vins.ch is limited to Swiss territory only.

The goods are shipped either by Swiss Post or by a specialized carrier to the delivery address provided.

Delivery is free throughout Switzerland for purchases of CHF 600 or more. For amounts below this, shipping costs will be charged according to the rates in effect at the time of online purchase.

You also have the option to pick up your order directly at our cellar, and thus benefit from a 2% cellar pickup discount, valid from six bottles of 70/75cl.

6. Claims

The goods must be inspected upon receipt, and any defects must be reported to the carrier and our office. The warranty is limited to the replacement of products recognized as defective.

7. Youth Protection

The legal provisions in force in Europe and Switzerland prohibit the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age. By placing your order with Constant Jomini Sàrl, you agree to these provisions and confirm that you are authorized to purchase alcoholic beverages.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to sales concluded under these general terms and conditions shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to a possible appeal to the Federal Court. The legal venue is in Chexbres, Switzerland.
